OOTD – Out of the Closet
Hello Friends and Happy Friday Eve
How often do you venture into the back of your closet? Are you afraid of going back there…are you afraid of what you might find…or are you just afraid of getting lost never to be seen again? I very rarely look in the back of my closet, not because of it’s size but because that’s where I keep clothes that no longer fit but don’t want to get rid of…as if I’ll ever wear my Wedding Night nightgown again! Unfortunately, included with those items are also others that wish they could see the light of day because they have been forgotten yet still fit.
Thanks to the avalanche in my closet I can now see clear to the back and guess what I saw….pantsuits….lots and lots of pantsuits, which were very popular in the mid-90′s. At one time in Corporate America before there was a “Work From Home” program when you could wear sweats, jeans or pajamas, Casual Friday’s for women meant wearing pantsuits to the office and I had quite a few. The one that I am wearing today was probably kept because of the unique buttons which is it’s best feature otherwise, it’s just a “plain Jane” pantsuit.
I think my son may have been a little upset with me this morning and took it out on my head which in most pics has been chopped.
