Stand ‘n Stuff Superbowl Salad

Hello friends and Happy Superbowl Weekend!

According to an ABC News report it is estimated that people will consume as many as 2400 calories on Superbowl Sunday!!!  I can’t even imagine eating that much, but some people get so caught up in the game that they don’t realize that they are eating too many chicken wings, dipping too many chips, and drinking too much beer or soda.  By the time the game is over they have taken in more calories than they normally would have in an entire week.

So ladies, if you are hosting or attending a Superbowl party eat the crunchy fruits and veggies with a low calorie dip but instead of consuming mass amounts of pizza, tacos and chicken wings why not nosh on a Stand ‘n Stuff Chicken Salad instead?

Superbowl Sunday Salad

This is not a sponsored post and personally, I don’t know how many calories are in this salad, but I’ll bet it’s much less than 10 or 12 chicken wings!  Save even more on your caloric intake by purchasing fresh chicken tenderloins then browning them in a non-stick pan.  You will also save money by not buying the precooked packaged chicken tenders/strips.

So enjoy and have fun, but save those calories for Valentine’s Day – chocolate is way better!  Okay, what are you looking forward to the most?
