Hello friends and welcome to You Choose the Shoes Season 2 ~ Week 5
This week the choices are both open toe and back strap, Payless versus The Shoe Dept.
These cognac sandals are quite comfy but they didn’t get much wear last season.
On the other hand, these Fioni’s from Payless were worn quite a bit during the season, I just wish they were available in other colors.
Next week you may not see much of my right leg because I burned it with hot grease. I was pulling the pan of baked chicken out of the over and it slipped, I grabbed the pan with my hand burning my fingertips and the grease splattered along my leg – it was painful!
The skirt is JC Penney and the top and purse were both thrifted from Goodwill.
I am wearing the Jord Watch and tomorrow is the last day to enter for a chance to win! So which pair do you choose?
Thank you all for voting last week…and the winner was…
I hope your day is as beautiful as you are!

Yesterday while checking Facebook I saw Charmingly Linda’s had posted a coupon, $5.00 off a $30.00 purchase, good until Saturday. I decided to run down and check out the deals and not only was I able to use the coupon, but all of my items were 50% off! The consignment shop is located at 288 Lancaster Ave., Frazer, PA, 610-640-1220.
This color-blocked bag will be perfect to carry to church with a LBD – $4.50
Mid-calf, comfortable Spring/Summer dress to wear to work or out shopping on the weekend – $6.00
I had a red, sleeveless blouse that I thrifted from Goodwill but it’s a little tight around the bust, so this is a perfect replacement – $4.00
I love the colors in this vest and it can be worn with anything, jeans, pants, or skirt with a skinny belt – $4.00
Finally, I am not sure what drew me to this jacket, but I love the look and feel of this pleather “biker” jacket – $6.00
Here I am in the jacket after it was washed on delicate cycle.
