Hello Friends and Happy Fri-Yay!
TGIF, this week has been such an emotional roller coaster that I am looking forward to just kicking back, relaxing and reflecting on our many blessings. I am also looking forward to cleaning out the bottom of my closet and under the beds. Spring is officially here so now it’s time to put away the winter shoes and boots and bring out the sandals. I stopped at Target yesterday to pick up a few groceries and of course made a quick detour through the shoe department. No shoe haul this time but my little eyes did spy several pairs of shoes on clearance that are on my wish list. I also checked out the the Kate Young Collection, this celebrity stylist’s glam collection includes jewelry, handbags and shoes ranging in prices from $15.00 to $90.00.
The only pair that I added to wish list were these yellow cork sandals on sale for $24.99
clearance ankle strap sandals and wedges
Mossimo and xhiliration Heels
Flats
Mossimo Color Block Sandals – $19.99
Lonely Prabal Gurung dress on the clearance rack

I stopped at Save aLot to pick up a few items and was a bit disappointed that the lines were long and there weren’t any cashiers at the registers. It was overheard that they can’t afford to bring in cashiers so are using store managers to ring up purchases. Not sure if this is what they mean by “SAVE A LOT” – so sad!

On Friday, my son and I went to Save A Lot, a grocery store that I pass everyday on the way home but have never stopped. They had some good bargains especially in the produce department. Tayair thought it was weird that we had to pay a quarter to get a shopping cart, but understood the concept when we returned the cart and got the quarter back. This is not a fancy store nor is it “ghetto” as some people posted on Foursquare but the price is right for certain items as shown below:
