OOTD – Thrifted Thursday
Hello friends and Happy Thursday! Yesterday’s snow in our area wasn’t bad so the commute home was stress free with light traffic. Today, “Friday Eve”, I am really looking forward to the weekend because I have several inside and outside chores that will have my undivided attention. If you follow me on Instagram (ablake48), this is the skirt that was thrifted from Goodwill on Saturday. Initially I wanted to pair it with an oversize tan sweater but instead chose black to feature the matching belt.
Today I am carrying my new Miche’ Lexi-Prima purse with the giraffe print and it is so roomy and jazzy looking. This weekend I will post more about this great purse line because I’ll be hosting an online party for the holidays so stay tuned.

That skirt was such a great find! I love the bold pattern and the midi length is really wonderful for autumn. The ankle booties too! This makes me want to try a skirt that length with ankle boots. Thank you for the inspiration! And thank you so much for linking up for Thrifter Thursday!

Thank you, I was a little hesitant at first and tried on 3 pairs of shoes/booties until I settled on those which were $10 at Rugged Wearhouse. Hubby even liked it, so that’s a good thing. Now the skirt – OMG, what a fantastic find last week at GW, new with tags from Marshall’s for $5 after a month of not thrifting!!! Thanks for providing the Blog Hop and have a fantabulous weekend!
