OOTD – Inauguration Day
Hello Friends and Happy Inauguration Day AND Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day
As I sit at my desk watching the live stream coverage of Inauguration Day Ceremonies, my heart is filled with pride yet heavy with sadness. Dr. King would have been very proud of President Obama, yet very disappointed at the hatred so prevalent in our great Nation. I don’t think you have to be an African American to understand the history of today or feel the pride of freedom you just have to be an American.
Okay getting off the soap box now…
Blue Slacks and Cardigan – closet staples // Red & White Polka Dot Top – GW Boutique (Goodwill) – Necklace – Jewelrymax.net // Earrings – belonged to my sister

Our history… …and one day to my grandkids this will be their history
Fun polka dots today! I just found a green and white polka dot button down new from American Eagle at the GW boutique too 🙂
Happy Monday!

Yes, I have a pink shirt with white dots – can’t wait for the spring to wear it.
Now that is a cool picture!
Enjoy the holiday.
