Magnolia Monday
Hello Friends and Happy Monday
I trust you all had a nice weekend and are now having a productive and stress-free day. If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know we have a large Magnolia tree in the side yard that only produces one or two blossoms each year – this is what it looked like last year ( post )
This Magnolia tree was planted over 11 years ago, yet it has only produced 1 or 2 blooms but this year we got 4 – can you find them? The blossoms are so very fragrant but the leaves are a mess.

If it produced more blossoms the air would be filled with a beautiful southern scent.
Yes, this is a stunning tree. We have one in our side yard…my husband decided he didn’t like how low the branches came down on the trunk. So he cut them off! That was two years ago, now the tree won’t bloom…sigh. Love how you matched your pretty shirt with the tree….marvelous.
Strange…not sure what it is about the blooms of a Magnolia – the leave are a pain but the blossoms are very fragrant.
What a beautiful tree and the blooms!!! Were you trying to convince the tree to bloom further with your shirt? 🙂
You know I didn’t even realize it… #headintheclouds
I love the drape in your blouse, looking real good.
Thank you, I love this fabric and the fact it was less than $5 on clearance @jcpenney!
